With an "excellent location" within "walking distance to Niagara Falls", this "fine" hotel is a "clean" and "comfortable" choice for many; from the "desk clerk to the maids, the staff is professional and efficient" and the rooms are "brand new" with "lots of free goodies", but "parts of the hotel" were under construction during the Survey, creating a bit of "noise" and mess" for some reviewers.

Very close to Niagara Falls and casino.
Kids roaming halls.
This was perfect location to the Seneca Niagara Casino and the Falls. Starbucks in the lobby. Clean nice rooms. Bed was very comfy!

The room were very comfortable and it was conveniently located to the local casino.
The lobby area very busy and noisy. The hallway carpet looked as if it had not been vacuumed. The room temperature was uncomfortable.
I would give the hotel a rating of 3 for Crown Plaza Hotel. The room were comfortable, however, the room temperature was difficult to regulate, it was either too hot or chilly.

Easy to find, and very comfortable rooms and beds.
The heating system is noisy, but it works well.
Our stay at the Crown Plaza was very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and courtesy.The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Check in time 4pm.
Desk staff was not helpful. We arrived about 3pm and were told there were no rooms ready. We sat around the lobby and were told we had to keep checking at the desk to see when there was a room. Obviously very reluctant to check anyone in before 4pm. We wouldn't stay there again. ...read more
